1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of the digital fidelity card (the "Card") offered by Social Up Shpk, with registered office at Rruga Robert Shvarc, 1001 Tirane, NIPT M42424012O (the "Provider"), through the website https://card.ilmioviaggioinalbania.com ("La Mia Card in Albania"). Purchasing the Card implies full acceptance of these Terms.
2. Definitions
Card: a time-limited digital pass granting discounts at partner businesses.
Partner businesses: the businesses that join the network and apply the discount.
Customer: the person who buys and uses the Card.
3. Purchase and payment
The purchase is made online on the website. The price shown includes applicable taxes. Payments are securely handled by the third-party provider Stripe; the Provider does not store full payment card data. The purchase confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.
4. Activation and validity
At the time of purchase the Customer chooses the activation date: the Card becomes usable from that date and remains valid for the entire selected duration (e.g. 15 days, 30 days, 1 year). At the end of the period the Card automatically ceases to be valid.
5. Using the Card
To get the discount, the Customer shows the Card's QR code at the partner business, which verifies it and applies the relevant discount. Discounts, any minimum spend thresholds and specific conditions are set by the individual partner businesses and may change over time. The Card is personal and non-transferable.
6. Role of the Provider
La Mia Card in Albania connects the Customer with partner businesses. The discount is provided directly by the business: the Provider is not responsible for the quality of goods and services purchased at the businesses, nor for any failure to apply the discount due to causes attributable to the partner business.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As this is digital content/service available immediately, the right of withdrawal may not apply once the Card has been activated and used. Any refund requests should be sent to info@ilmioviaggioinalbania.com and will be assessed under applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
The Provider is not liable for temporary website malfunctions, force majeure or improper use of the Card by the Customer. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider's liability is limited to the price paid for the Card.
9. Changes
The Provider may amend these Terms; the updated version will be published on this page with the relevant date.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law applicable at the Provider's place of establishment. Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of Tirana, without prejudice to the consumer's mandatory rights.
